I have used this team multiple times because they bring their A-game every time. They follow up with me confirming things (I don't have to chase anyone - thank you phew)! They double check what the requirements are close to the appointment (do they need one or two trucks and they assess what that means to their team size. If a charity pick-up is scheduled before they show up, they are prepared for what that could mean (in communication with them etc). This team is excellent!
